Return Policy

At Proof Dashcam, we value your satisfaction and appreciate your trust in our products. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it and receive a refund, subject to the following conditions: •The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. •The product must be in its original packaging. •The product must be unused. •The product must be in the same condition in which it was received. •You must provide the purchase information received during the transaction on our website. •Upon receipt of the returned product and verification of its adherence to the above terms, you will be eligible for a refund of the price paid for the product (excluding shipping, handling, and payment service costs). A cancellation fee equivalent to 5% of the payment will be deducted from the refund. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product, and these costs are non-refundable.

Limited Warranty

All products sold by Proof Dashcam come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Proof Dashcam warrants that for one year from the date of purchase, products bought from authorized sellers will be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use and will conform to our applicable specifications.

To maintain the validity of this limited warranty, all products must be installed according to Proof Dashcam’s specifications and any provided instructions. Unauthorized or improper installation voids this warranty. This warranty does not cover surface damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or non-Proof Dashcam modifications.

To avail of warranty services, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Proof Dashcam before returning any product. Products received without an RMA number may be returned to the sender without repair.

The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning the product, including insurance, postage, shipping, handling, and applicable customs and duties.

This warranty is non-transferable and limited to repair or replacement, as provided above. Proof Dashcam’s liability and your exclusive remedy for breach of warranty are restricted to repair or replacement. This express warranty is contingent upon the proper use of the product following all specifications and instructions.
